The GLINKA world soil prize

In order to further raise awareness on the key roles soil and sustainable agricultural management play in the climate system and in the terrestrial balance and taking into account the success of the first award of the Glinka World Soil Prize , the Global Soil Partnership is launching the second edition of theprize,which will be awarded on the occasion of World Soil Day, December, 5 2017.
The nomination process for the Glinka World Soil Prize is now open, and we are expecting new candidates across the globe.

It would be greatly appreciated to have your support in disseminating the call among your local and regional networks. You will find below two announcements in this regard: One shorter for diffusion on social media, and the other to be disseminated through your website/ newsletter/mailing list.
